Hi, I’m Dawn
I’m a fully qualified, BABCP accredited and compassionate Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Mindfulness Teacher specialising in helping adults and teens (16+) overcome anxiety, stress and other life challenges.

My Journey to Becoming a CBT Therapist/Mindfulness Teacher:

That personal transformation inspired me to train as a CBT therapist and Mindfulness Teacher — and now it’s my passion to help others experience the same sense of relief and empowerment.
