Guiding You to a Better Tomorrow:
My Personalised Approach to Therapy

Hey there! I'm thrilled to have you here and excited to give you a peek into who I am and how I can support you on your

journey towards personal growth.

So, let's dive in! My path through the world of mental health care has been a colourful adventure, shaping not just my professional skills but also my outlook on life.

As a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, I’m dedicated to using evidence-based techniques to help you face mental health challenges head-on. Think of me as your supportive guide, here to encourage and motivate you every step of the way.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a Careers Adviser and later as a Senior Employment Specialist, supporting adults with mental health difficulties. These roles taught me the powerful connection between work and mental well-being, allowing me to take a holistic approach that addresses both your emotional and practical needs.

I also spent time as a Senior Parent Carer Support Worker in the NHS which deepened my understanding of how family dynamics play a crucial role in mental health care.

At the heart of my work is a simple mission: to provide truly holistic care that considers every aspect of your life. I’m not just here to listen; I aim to genuinely understand who you are and what drives you.

What sets me apart is my ability to offer both empathetic, clinical expertise and practical solutions that tackle real-world challenges, helping you not only in therapy but in everyday life.

The most rewarding part of my work? Seeing you leave our sessions with a renewed sense of hope, knowing you’re making meaningful progress toward a happier, healthier life. That’s what makes it all worthwhile.

And when I’m not helping others, you’ll likely find me enjoying desserts or going on relaxing walks with my dog—because balance is key!

If you're ready to take the next step toward improving your well-being, I’m here to support you.
