As a Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist, I'm all about using proven techniques  to help you tackle those mental health challenges head-on. Think of me as your trusty guide, here to cheer you on every step of the way.

My time as a Careers Adviser and later as a Senior Employment Specialist working with adults experiencing mental health diffiuclties, taught me something invaluable: the power of work in boosting mental well-being. That's why I can take a holistic approach, addressing not just the clinical stuff but also the practical side of things if required.

And let's not forget my stint as a Senior Parent Carer Support Worker! That experience showed me just how important family dynamics are in mental health care. 

At the core of it all, my mission is simple: to give you the option of truly holistic care that covers every aspect of your life. I'm not just here to listen; I'm here to really understand what makes you tick.  

Fundamentally, this sets me apart as a therapist who isn't just empathetic and proficient but also demonstrates my understanding of the real-world challenges individuals can face and my ability to offer practical solutions that address both clinical and everyday life issues.

Oh, and what lights up my day? Seeing you walk out of therapy with a smile on your face, knowing you've made huge strides towards a happier, healthier life. It's seriously the best feeling in the world!

And hey, when I'm not busy changing lives, you'll probably find me indulging in puddings or taking leisurely walks with my furry friend. Gotta keep that work-life balance in check, right?
