I’m a fully qualified, BABCP accredited and compassionate Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) specialising in helping adults and teens (16+) overcome anxiety, stress and other life challenges.

My Journey to Becoming a CBT Therapist
CBT gave me the tools to shift my thinking, build confidence and create real lasting change.
That transformation inspired me to become a CBT therapist and it’s now my passion to help others experience the same kind of relief and empowerment.

My own experience with anxiety is what led me to discover CBT, helped me understand my patterns and regain a sense of control.
