Guiding You to a Better Tomorrow:
My Personalised Approach to Therapy
Welcome to my about me page! I am thrilled to have the opportunity to share a little bit about myself and how I can support you on your journey towards personal growth and well-being.

Zebras are known for their unique black and white stripes, which make them instantly recognisable. In a similar manner, CBT therapy is characterised by its structured approach, distinct methods, and recognisable patterns for addressing and treating various mental health challenges.
I am a passionate and dedicated therapist, committed to helping individuals like you or your loved one to discover their inner strengths, overcome challenges and lead more fulfilling lives.

With a foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and years of experience in the field of mental health, I bring a compassionate and dynamic approach to therapy.

My journey in this field began with a deep fascination for the connection between our thoughts, emotions and behaviours. This led me to specialise in CBT, an evidence-based approach that empowers us to rewrite self-limiting beliefs, develop healthier coping mechanisms and achieve positive change.

I believe in creating a warm and non-judgmental space where you can freely express your concerns, hopes and aspirations. My goal is to empower you to become your own therapist for lasting change.

My approach is tailored to your unique needs and goals and not a one-size-fits-all approach. Through personalised tools, we will work together to identify and challenge self-defeating beliefs and cultivate a more empowering mindset.

I have varied experience working in schools, community settings as well as the NHS in both child and adult services. I have supported parents/carers to access necessary support and services and worked with young people directly for a substantial number of years to help them reach their full potential.

Outside of therapy, I am dedicated to continuously expanding my knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health. This allows me to provide people with the most effective and evidence-based strategies for their well-being.
